Morning gang,

Got up nice and early and glad to report that Mrs A is feeling fabulous so we went for a wonderful run in the pre-dawn starlight 🌟💫

Mrs A did really well, and I enjoyed the recovery pace after my big run at the weekend.

Have realised that on part of our route we run along on a pavement with a considerable incline sloping up from the road...after this route my hip always aches and is niggly, so we’ll be changing the route slightly...it’s only taken me the best part of 6months to twig on!! You live and learn I guess!

Hope you all have a good day, keep your chins up, we’re all so lucky to have found running and have the patience, strength and motivation to keep on putting foot in front of the other! 🏃🏻‍♀️

Laterz 👋
