Positive test!

So I was pretty shocked when the test came back positive , now isolating at home with sons gf, also positive and son who had a test yesterday , haven’t run for 5 days 🙁 I still have a permanent headache , so I presume I’ll just have to wait until the headache goes and the isolation is up which is another 6 days , trying not to sit around and eat everything in sight!

Sorry to hear that. Take care of yourself, running will still be there when you're better. Xx

The headache sounds really grotty. I hope that when your Covid goes, it goes properly.
