Hi. I decided to take the 5k challenge to add structure. I decided to try running on roads rather than treadmills during the last lockdown but over did things and tore a knee. Must say the structure us helping my recovery. Has anyone else shared this experience and also where do i find the 10k program or does it follow the 5? Thanks

However, if you're recovering from injury you probably don't want to start with that. It's only suitable if you've been regularly running for 30 minutes for a few weeks.
