Hi I had the weekend off and was on run 2 of Ju jus magic plan. I completed the 2.5k in 15 mins last week. Last night it was the 5k I really struggled my legs were so heavy. I wasn’t out of breath just the pain in the bottom of my legs was awful and they were so tight! It took me 45 mins just to do 5k I was really disappointed in myself... any tips or ideas of what might have caused this pain in my legs

Sorry to hear you were suffering pain during that run. The usual thing to check, are you stretching properly after all your runs? Do you warm up before the run? Are you keeping well hydrated every day not just run days? Happy running 🤗

Hi, well :) me and husband had been away for the weekend so probably far to much salt consumed on top of alcohol! back to being good so lets see how i go. I cant say i stretched a lot yesterday but I did warm up. I will make a conscious effort to stretch more and see how i go.. thank you
