Well today I got attire wrong again , but for opposite reasons...leggings, vest , and long sleeve over head jacket ,mistake overheated then struggled to get out of jacket while on move had to stop lol couldn't get arms out ha ha must have looked a right wholly!! Looking at splits it was around 7km mark..
Ran past my old childhood home today wasn't planned just ended up there on route that I ended up doing...
Felt a bit of a struggle again today buy better than Saturday I guess..
Got home to discover I've done just over 500km this year which I am so pleased with from none runner to this 😄...
Still trying to get my 100k in b4 25th fingers crossed, 38km to go...

So annoying when you feel overdressed. I usually check the temperature on the weather forecast and when I’m ready to leave, I step outside the back door first! Then I discard layers or change my leggings for shorts if I think I’m going to be too hot!
Yes was a rocky error if had worn other jacket could have zipped off easier will leave that one for extreme cold now... As for shorts wow your hard core never worn shorts yet even in boiling summer...
