Just completed W1 , enjoying running in the rain and dodging puddles. It really is lovely running in the dark seeing all the gorgeous Christmas decorations. I’m still sore and stiff in my right quad after every run despite all the warming up exercises and cooling down stretches, so I’ve ordered the big guns in💪.... waiting for my foam roller to arrive. I’m told it’s not for the faint hearted but I’ll give it go.
Looking forward to W2. Does it matter if I don’t complete the 3 runs in the 7 days. Work is quite hectic at the moment, and fitting in all 3 runs might be difficult.
