Hi all so first run I hit 2.5k at 18 mins including the 5 min warm up. I was pretty pleased very sweaty. Not sure I could keep that pace for 30 mins but kept upping and downing the pace on the treadmill between 9 and 10K. I used to struggle on 8 though so definitely improving every run 😅

Great effort. Keep the speed for the short runs and slow way down for the long ones for success every time, if you've something to give speed up at the end of long runs. Happy running 🤗
