Not the best of weeks for me - only one 3km interval run 😟
Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who helped me with my last message - I’ve got lots of ideas now and things to try ❤️
sometimes ... you know... things in life happen ... but... got my act (and running plan) together and all good to go (re-start) Sunday 🏃♀️
Will be firing on all 💪
So no pressure on me for time/distance constraint or target.
The next run is 30 mins at my very own lovely slow pace 🐌 and it will be just for me - yes - selfish me time and I’m soooo looking forward to it !
