7 days into quarantine, I am realising just how much I want to run / how large a part of my routine it has become.
I am so lucky that I have a cross-trainer at one to keep fit (boy is that thing hard!), but my mind is craving a run like never before! I never thought I would be someone who wants to go running in the cold, wet, darkness; yet here we are. Whilst being in quarantine definitely sucks, I am thankful that this period reminds me why I like running, and has definitely increased my motivation to get out (when I eventually can).
