My 1st 10k

Well, feeling pretty smug . Went out to do a planned 6k this morning and it ended up an unplanned 10k. Can’t believe I’ve actually done it, and more to the point, I enjoyed it. Didn’t think I’d ever say that, didn’t think I’d ever be able to run, let alone enjoy it. It’s amazing how much you can achieve when you put your mind to it.

And once again, I want to thank everyone for all their posts that have truly inspired me to get out there...yay !
