Pain on inside of lower leg - advice please

Hello lovely runners. I'm after some advice please. I'm on consolidation run 13, running a couple of short runs in the dark during the week and a 5k at the weekend. The last couple of runs I've experienced pain up the inside of my lower leg, coming up from just above my ankle to about half way to my knee. It's is both legs but worse on the left. Any suggestions as to what might be causing it and what I can do to fix it would be really great. Thank you in advance.

Firstly ouch GardenGnome12 ok so not being a Dr but having suffered, not too badly from a calf muscle niggle, it sounds in that area if you've a calf strain..... Take a look at the attached link off an earlier posting to see if this sounds like something you're experiencing..
