Last week I somehow missed out on basically all my runs :/ i.e. I managed 1 the whole week! My motivation was just so low again.
Yesterday, after saying I would run everyday and then not doing it each day, I finally ran! It was along the dunes + a bit along the beach and it was SO TRICKY. I've never run in the sand but wow it was hard! Running on the sand feels like going through mud and my breathing was so so heavy from the very beginning. But I managed it! Much slower than usual of course but this doesn't;t matter considering the terrain
I'm hoping to get in one more run, before I go into self quarantine on Friday!
