Feeling a little sorry for myself at the mo as in pain... had a flare up of rib pain told in past it's costochondritis ...

But I still went out it didn't actually bother me too much.. mainly when trying to sleep...so not very well charged due to poor sleep for last week..

I gave the Zombie Run app a try after seeing Couchphoenix mention it I was intrigued...

6404 steps 10 items collected , out ran some approaching Zombies 🧟‍♂️.. and collected an all important file.. see what happens nxt time..

Going to rest from running tomorrow aim to be back out Tuesday...

Well done Runner 5, thanks for the mention 😁 glad to see you gave it a go and gave those zombies a run for their money 🏃‍♀️🧟‍♀️......that’s a cracking pace 😮 I bet camp will be well impressed with you 👍. Talking of camp, don’t forget to build yours using the credits you’ve earned from the items you collected.

Hope your rib feels better soon.

Wow what a phenomenal run on poor sleep and rib pain. These 100km months are fantastic. I’ve just completed my 10th consecutive month so if old me can do it you’ll be heading to 200km in 2021 with that new 10k distance completed. Happy running 🤗

I'm reminded of this sequence in the second radio series of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (written by Douglas Adams with significant contributions from John Lloyd):

LINTILLA: ... Crisis Psychology: the benefits of working under extreme pressure - nothing more useless than a bored archaeologist. Come on, this tunnel leads to the work face. See this device?

ARTHUR: Looks like a watch.

LINTILLA: It’s a crisis inducer. Set it to ‘Mark Nine’ and… Hurry! They’re after us!

ARTHUR: Who?

LINTILLA: No one! Come on! Through the tunnel! They’re coming!

ARTHUR: What!?

LINTILLA: They’re coming!

ARTHUR: Well, if you say so.

[...]

ARTHUR: [Out-of-breath panting]. How did you manage that? You got here minutes ahead of me! And with an imaginary broken arm.

LINTILLA: Well that’s the whole point - you always overcompensate for your disabilities. I’m thinking of having my whole body surgically removed. Right, crisis over, I’ve turned off our pursuers.
