Consolidation run 8 but ran over 4 weeks of graduating. So i suppose this is 2 runs per week if ive got my maths correct. Im guessing you should run 3 consolidation runs per week so i should have ran 12 times altogether instead of 8. Is this still ok at 2 runs per week. Can i ask how other graduates have got on with your consolidation runs. Thanks.

healthunlocked.com/bridgeto... castle I've attached a link above take a look perhaps this is for you, and will give you a direction to aim for, those consolidation runs are fantastic and you should be able if you choose to increase your runs but.....! Remember that ,10% increase

It is OK to run 8 consolidation runs over 8 weeks, I hope you enjoyed all of them.
I ran 6/30 minute consolidation runs over a 3 week period
When I was doing C25K my running days were Wednesday Saturday and Monday, after I graduated I ran those consolidation runs on a Wednesday and Saturday then I started to increase the distance I ran, especially on a Wednesday including many 8Ks, 10/10Ks, 2/11K's, 2/12K runs and a 10 mile run, so if you only want to run twice a week that is fine.

I did roughly the same, fairly vague and no real plan/schedule then moved onto juju magic plan, the time one not distance, as feel I need a bit of structure. It’s in this forum somewhere. Aiming to get to 60 mins running over 8weeks, which for me coincide with Christmas so that’s ideal.😊
I'm repeating WK9 for 12 runs and see where I go from there.
