Runners’ High

Have spent all day creating a blog. I have a book on running doing the rounds of literary agents currently. Not the best time as everyone who ever thought they would write a book seems to have done it during lockdown, with the result that agents and publishers are inundated with submissions. I do stand more chance as I’ve been published before, so fingers crossed. Anyway, if someone does take me on, I will be expected to have a blog, so here it is:

Between my first post to you and you repling to me I have read two of your blogs and looked at the photos of you running in several events of I assume last year, you look much YOUNGER than the age you are which is about 11 months younger than I am, 😊👍🏃🏾
