Final run 🏃♂️ of my ‘cut back’ week and a 🌈 popped out to say 🙋♂️ and camp up my run a bit 🤭
I took this as a sign from the universe so I dumped my chosen 170BPM playlist for a Gay Anthems 2020 playlist and threw all aims for PB’s out the window. I’ve been missing our 🏳️🌈 nightlife badly of late so sang/danced along and reminisced of life pre-Rona for today’s run 🏃♂️
Sill managed a sub 30 mins 5K and completed both the Virtual Race to Deliver 5K To Benefit God's Love We Deliver and Virtual NYRR Run for Thanks 5K on Strava 🤗
A few days rest ahead before starting Week 5 of my personal B220K/HM challenge 💪
