Haven't been out since last Monday when I did the amazing 60 mins. Various reasons, mainly hubby not well and a bit stressy so I knew I had to go but didn't wanna. But I plugged in to coach Bennett (♥️) and got motivated with his don't wanna run run. Then I did wanna run! Oh so glad I did! Said hellos or good morning to everyone I saw! So happy. The pic doesn't really capture the shafts of sun lighting up the ghost cruise ships, but it's lovely. Happy Saturday running everyone 😃

Snap! I did CB’s Don’t Wanna Run Run too this week! And so glad I did too. It was short and just what I needed at 8pm on a Weds eve!
Got to try a longer run this weekend. Any NRC recommendations out there for a first-time 7k?

I really liked don't wanna run. Find that I'm really liking coach Bennett. Just wish I could remember some of the stuff he says so I can recount afterwards to anyone who cares to listen! He did call me a rockstar today 😄. So I've used the One hour run and the 6k run. You'd probably do 7k in an hour or less! Both helped me enormously. Have fun 💥
I’ve used this one too after a day at work when I want to run but my body does not 🥱. Glad it did the trick and you enjoyed it 😊
Yay! I did it.....7k today! I chose a 45min run with Shalane & Coach Bennett. It felt good. I feel like I'm back on the Magic Plan & just completed W3. So 8k next weekend maybe.

Your post made me laugh as I have just the same problem. I love what Coach Bennett says and think ‘I must try to remember those words as they gave me such a boost’ and by the time I get home I’ve haven’t the slightest recollection of what he says except that it made me feel good!!
I’ve done his 1hour, 6k and 4mile runs and enjoyed them all. Tho I must sort out some music - Spotify’s selection was rubbish this morning and the adverts for Christmas music and binge-watching were really annoying!! Happy running.
Oh sorry you've got things going on in your life. I hope hubbie is better soon. How wonderful to go out when you didn't want to and then enjoy it so much! It's those runs which remind us how beneficial running is!

Just completed this guided workout myself, didn’t expect it to make me feel so emotional!
