Zombie runs - silly question!

So after reading many of you really enjoy the zombie run app I decided to download it......but I haven’t got a clue how it works and what you’re supposed to do.

How long are the runs? Or does it continue for as long as you are running? Are they continuous or intervals?

I just wanted something a bit different to listen to whilst doing JuJus Magic Plan (At Wk4 currently and approx consolidation run 23 post C25k).

Any advice?

Hi, just start it at the beginning, listen to and follow instructions and let the story unfold...... Keep an eye out for what's behind you!🧟🧟‍♂️

It is good fun. Lasts for about 30 minutes. Start off slow. At certain points along your route you will get messages to pick up your pace. If you continue to run after the 5K or 30 minutes these two DJ's come on. If you have Spotify or a playlist playing in the back ground then that is the music the DJ's use. It is something different. Enjoy.

Ahh great thank you. I listen to a Louis Theroux podcast with Lennie Henry this morning instead. Will try the zombies next 🤣
