Making haste slowly

I’ve been varying my consolidation route, trying straight running,

then walk/sprint/walk from C25K week one,

and slow jog/sprint/slow jog from the same.

Results:

Straight run 24mins48 secs

Walk/sprint 26mins31secs

Slow jog/sprint 25mins51secs

Of the three options, number two left me feeling the most refreshed at the end.

Wondering what conclusions to draw.

Oooooh. This is really interesting. I've never really thought of doing this!

You're keeping out there which is always the main thing 😊
