1st 7k 😊 and very happy with this. I found it hard but I did it and feel encouraged to continue and go for more ...... maybe next week. If I can now do another 2 runs this week whatever the distance then I will be very pleased with that.

Thank you Blossom. I had thought I had received my 60 minute badge a few weeks ago but maybe I haven't 🤔. I usually log on from my phone and have been told that it won't show up on there so didn't think anything about it. I'll have to ask again I think. Thank you for making me aware of this !. Lol, I’m inspiring someone 🥳 that’s nice to hear 👍. Yes I am streets and parks and not particularly interesting but necessary as they are what surround me 🤗. When I see some of the photos of where people run, as that is what surrounds them, they look soooo pretty, but much harder as hilly and muddy so I suppose everywhere has its positives and negative’s 🤗 you’ll get there soon but you are probably running at a faster pace to me as I am very slow and follow the Japanese slow Jogging technique. Slowing it down helps me to last that bit longer.
