Thought up a thousand easons why not to Run today, not least as it is my 60th Tomorrow, woke up to cold and rainy skies and thought,,, to hell with it get out there and just do it. And you know what it was hard and soggy and cold and, a 10k PB by 6 Mins can't be bad.
