Thank you, only started running during lockdown 1 did c25k... never been a runner ever.. I'm amazed I can...

I actually love it too brilliant for my mind as well....couped up working from home since b4 original lockdown as we had a case early doors so its brilliant to get out doors...

Wishing scenery was a bit better hey ho...got Xmas light sporting to cheer me now ha ha

Good pace and good luck with 10K. My favourite distance to run. Always feels like you get a wee bit extra out of longer runs 🙂
