I live in Canada but have relatives in England. My Aunt and her family live 1 hour outside of London. My mother was British but moved here in '54.
We lost our dog one year ago (at the end of this month). I saw that you just lost yours and I wanted to say that I am sorry to hear that. Our dog was almost 13 years old and he was amazing. A miniature Schnauzer. I have had dogs all my life but never one that touched my heart as much as this little dog. I am still grieving. It is a process. Sometimes it hits me when I hear a song that I used to sing to him and kind of dance around with him. That is why I used the name Put on your dance shoes....anyhow, i am going on and on. I wish I could run like you do. I have a back and knee issue along with an eye issue so I can't. I do walk though and I do other exercises that don't require bouncing or putting my head below my heart...due to eye condition. Take care.

Hi, you sound lovely! It sounds like you meant this to be a reply to someone, but you've actually created a new post. In case you want to get this changed or moved.
So sorry about your dog, the anniversary must be tough. Keep walking and keep dancing 😊
One piece of advice I'd give you is to post more often, it will cheer you up, this is such a wonderful supportive forum. Have you looked at the Strength and Flex forum? All sorts of lovely people on there. Xx
