How can i set up consecutive timers.. eg for a training session... ( i have a basic Fitbit and an android mobile)

3min run with 30sec recovery

2min run with 15sec recovery

1min run with 1min recovery

You can use a free app such as Runkeeper on your phone. You can set up custom runs using either time or distance for each section, marking each as fast, steady or slow. It will tell you when to start the next section and also give you data on each split.

I used Runkeeper through C25K and since for exactly this. I didn't want a coach or music as running was replacing my quiet country walks on those days. I have the free version, and it works well. You can set time or distance intervals, or a mixture of the two.
