running light/ reflective stuff

Hi, work is really busy at the moment and I keep getting calls booked in over lunch so struggling to get out during the day. Gyms are closed so need to try and get out in the evening. I was wondering what running lights/ reflective clothing people wear??

I use a Lumefit run light. It has a bright light on the front and a red warning ⚠️ light on the back. It's a chest strap that has luminous bits on. I run after work in pitch black by the Humber Bank (no lighting at all) and it's brilliant. USB charges and it's waterproof!

Decathlon also has stronge v good reflective gear. A friend of mine decked herself out in it. She looked radioactive in the photos!

Wear as much bright shine stuff as you can, our aldi still has fluorescent gloves and scarves from a few weeks back. I wear a chest light to be seen, it has a light at the front and red light triangle at the back, available from amazon. If you are running in unlit areas, you may prefer a head torch as I understand they light your path better. I unfortunately often end up in the road due to pavement parking, hence the chest light.
