Running with a cold 😷

Help!

I set out yesterday and gutted had to stop, my breathing wasn’t right. Should I push through or wait til I’m better? I’m not asthmatic, it’s just a rotten cold.

Every part of me wants to get out there, but I’m worried it’s not good.

I always stay well hydrated, well insulated and on the sofa or in bed, exercising my reading skill or movie watching, until there's no symptoms.

I’ve just curled up on the sofa with a mug of tea and exercised my jaw eating a Kit Kat - felt great!
