I am so pleased to still be running 5k every other day since i finished the couch to 5k 9 weeks ago . The last time i did it was 5 years ago then i didnt carry it on afterwards. It was not easy i had to work hard to complete it. I really enjoy running especially outside with nice scenery but when i get finished work it too dark and rainy so i just do my 5k on the treadmill. I do not like rain. I really enjoyed running on the beach but i had to travel to get to the beach. I am off this week so might get a run outside during the day if its dry outside on our beautiful coast road.

Getting outside is the best . But the treadmill is great if its dark etc. As long as you keep going . Enjoy your week off 😊👍

It's definitely harder to find time outside in the winter with shorter days.

But running by the coast is a blessing so maybe you could do some and some.

Happy running either way 😊

Love it! As long as you keep going. At weekends you can have a longer slower one.

Well done though 👏👏👏
