I've just figured out that I began W1R1 of C25k exactly 4 months ago! I still remember the breathlessness, the leg pain... and honestly thought I was going to be sick at one point!

Its crazy to me to see how much my fitness has changed over this year: training to walk again from February onwards, getting up the stairs in April, beginning to run in the very end of June with the onset of C25K... and now feeling honestly the fittest I ever have been :) Running with such ease is something I never thought I would be able to achieve, nor would slowly building up to the longer distances! All in all I'm so happy of my journey, and despite sometimes the runs feeling honestly awful, I can't believe the progress I've made. I still think W1 of C25K was the hardest week of this entire running journey - and I'm so happy I've made it this far :)

You've been absolutely brilliant! What a way to go and what a journey. Your journey! As long as you keep out there then you give yourself chances and opportunities to experience all the wonderful things waiting for you. Many congratulations on all you're doing 👏👏👏😃😃😃
