I am a little disappointed that as there are so many people who are doing Lejog (there are now about 5 or 6 of them) are not telling us how they are getting on, only RunaroundSue is posting links telling us how she is doing, she is doing very well indeed on her Lejog journey, come on everyone who are doing the Land's End to John'O Groats Lejog, tell us how you are progressing, otherwise some people may think you have given up which I am sure you have not. 😊 🏃🏾 🚶

Haha! I joined the LeJog 7 which started this weekend, but I haven't worked it all out yet!

Good for you Roxdog, good luck for your journey with Lejog, you will soon know how to work it out.

I'm now at Carlisle AlMorr. Getting close to home 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Well done Buddy34, I think the nearest to home is when you are on the M74, but Lejog goes onto Glasgow then the A82 past Loch Lomond.

Hey Al, I think there is more than 5 or 6, Runaroundsue had me down as no.44 a couple of weeks back. My report would be pretty dull as I’ve only just crossed the Cornwall/Devon border so I put smatterings in my main reports and replies (like this one 🤣). Maybe if I do a major milestone 🤔 LEJOG6 btw 😊

You are running and walking Lejog so far very well, good luck

I'm posting in response to RunaroundSue's LEJOG post. I'm currently at 358miles on LEJOG 4.

That's nice EThomas, you are getting on well with LeJog, it's good that I have had a few responses from my post asking on the progress of people doing LeJog, I am glad that you are all making good progress.

Hi AIMorr

I do update on Runaround Sue’s post most weeks. I’m now above Worcester heading towards Birmingham 266.98 miles completed. I think we have been on Motorways for so long and keep finding ourselves in lanes, central reservations or on car bonnets!

In about 60 miles I shall be very close to home and will try and get a real photo on here with the M6 in shot somehow!

After my run tomorrow I’ll send a photo through of where I am on route. That’s maybe something we can do to keep the journey alive for everyone.

I’m intending to finish all being well between April/May next year. It’s certainly going to support getting out and running and walking through the winter months.

Keep urging us on, most of us have a long way to go! 🏃🏻‍♀️👍👏😄

I will keep urging you all on, my favourite photo so far was the photo of one of the runners on a car bonnet and another runner running up the central reservation of a motorway.

I’m that super slow LeJog4-er who has finally made it to Devon! Enjoying my virtual cream teas! ☕️ 🧁 Also left some Zombies back in Cornwall, but I think there are some new Zombies just around the corner, here in Devon. 🤣

Your doing fine CBDB, now in Devon, enjoy the cream teas for real by buying them or eating them in your local cafe, you can outrun those Zombies.

I know, spent a week in Keswick at the end of September , climbed Scafell Pike and the Catbells amongst a number of hikes absolutely stunning.

Well done on your progress so far. I'm a bit behind you on LEJOG 4. I've made it to Warrington at 358 miles. I'm plodding away at the mileage and enjoying it.

I have just gone past the 200 mile mark. I feeling quite happy as I have planned to take the full year to do it and am currently a week ahead. #LEJOG4

Well done Sparkey5000, that is what it is all about, 1 year, there are a few who wish to get to JOG, (John O' Groats) in six months or less, good luck to them but one year is what it officially is.

I’m on LeJog4 and I’m afraid I haven’t updated my progress since 11th - not sure why 🤷‍♀️. It might be that I can only see a blob on a road and not the detail you’re seeing on your picture. Any tips? Was was #200 ish so need to update soon as I was making good progress and I’m making shortbread for a party when we get close to my home area (Moffat). All welcome

On my page, I hide the leaderboard and hide all the markers, then put in my name and that shows me my place on the map, if you then drag the little man icon from the bottom right hand side of the map and place it over your marker on the map it generates the picture of where you are.

Good work! I’m in the Lakes and have 418 miles to go. Really enjoying it and hope it’ll keep me motivated over the winter months.
