Thanks to Juju for the Magic Plan - worked a treat and pretty happy with my run. Once again, Desert Island Discs did the trick and I listened to the Nike Rodgers ep. Maybe back to interval training now to work on my times. Wish Parkrun would start again...Happy Running Everyone!

Thanks! I just need a goal otherwise I’ll do nothing, and I don’t fancy anything longer than 10k. But might give myself a week off. 😊

My best times have been on a slightly downhill straight stretch. I've done sub 5min/km pace on it, but never for more than a minute.

I remember being on a run and listening to Ian Wright and Dawn French on Desert Island Discs and was blubbing all the way around my village, attracting some very odd looks!
