Third recovery run done, back home now so back on the hills!! But completed it and didn’t drop pace by much. Good news was first run for over 3 months without any pain in hip, just need to get my fitness back now as really puffed up those hills!

That's great news Phdgranny, no one likes time on the IC take it easy on those hills 👍

Nice one Phdgranny, oh that is good news, no hip pain, 🥳, you’ll soon get your fitness back. I’m totally sold on slow running for building stamina, strength and injury prevention and run the hills round here real slow....I still can’t run up the steep slope from sea level at Overstrand which I’m sure you’ll remember. 🤗
