Happy smiley VRBs this morning at Southsea. Great fun , great running with a little bit of rain , wind and then great food. Perfect morning.

Ah thanks we are fortunate to be able to do this as we know others can’t for lots of reasons. It is strange running with others when you run alone so much.

OMG , it looks like I’ve been running in a storm! Oh yes that’s what we did. I was so glad the forecast thunder storm didn’t arrive. 😅
