Bit ambitious, but I'll have a go

I've only recently finished the Couch to 5K program, done three consolidation runs this week, so I'm looking to where I can go next. So the plan is to slowly increase the distance I can manage, which will mean taking a bit more time for each run. So instead of 30 minutes, then next week I'll move it up to 33 minutes, the week after 35 minutes, then review and see how I'm doing. Slow but steady will be my motto, but within the year I expect to be running for 60 minutes. That won't be 10K, by the way, nowhere near it, as the best I did on the 30 minute runs was about 4K, but I hope to be doing 8K in an hour, which is 5 miles in old money. So lets see....

Scamp is always keen to get me out there..........

Great plan.... I do suggest that you increase one of your runs, and keep the others at 30 minutes, or one at 30, and the other a short interval session or recovery?
