Had a lovely run this morning finally treated myself to some new headphones which was their first outing sun shining and enjoying the sounds got home and I get a text from a so called good friend !! Saw you jog past this morning good on you but remember the friends episode of Rachael and Pheobe out jogging you so reminding me of her and I don’t mean Rachael!!!!!!

So I have to thank AC/DC highway to hell to making me look a idiot 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I had to laugh because I know I was really getting into it the headphones were noise cancelling and I was singing and I think I was probably drumming a bit as well at least I have made someone’s morning 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
