My week 4, 30 min jjmp run. We're in the mh right next to the Kennet & Avon canal. Bit muddy and puddly, one of my earpods popped out into a muddly. Seems ok tho.🤞 Disturbed a heron, they're pretty big up close aren't they? Early morning, coach Bennett & the Morning Run With Headspace, Hidden playlist Retro Runners. Oh what bliss.... 😊
