Probably pushed too hard, 5.4k in 39 minutes, even my forerunner watch told me off for over exerting! (Aerobic effort 5.0)
I can’t see me reaching 10k this side of Christmas, but was determined to not have to drop back onto C25k!
Can’t believe how much fitness I’ve lost, but it’ll come back I’m sure.

It will come back and as you hopefully run more regularly, you can run a little slower for a little longer and this will get you back to 10k when you're ready.
