Very tired legs earlier in the week, so decided to have an extra days rest before my 9k(usually run saturday morn)Was careful about what I ate saturday as I feel it affects my performance, anyone else feel that? Had a good sleep so woke up refreshed but freezing,staying in a caravan😂Couldn't wait to get out,it was warmer outside! Waved hubby off on his bike ride and off I went, slowly, quietly into town and down to the seafront
What a fantastic bright and sunny morning, so lucky to be able to spend time here(london girl😎) Anyway 5k already under my belt. I felt good and confidant I would get to 7k(never over confident😒) along the seafront, music off,just taking it all in😀along the river and back out of town,9k in sight, still felt good??? not ok might make it, GOOD so I just kept going all the way to my freezing caravan😂.Absolutely amazed and delighted. So much help, tips and encouragement on this forum , truly grateful. Hope the sun is shining where you are and have a great day👍
