Well after thinking of having a restful Sunday in bed I thought I’d just take a peep at this page for a little bit of inspiration as I haven’t checked in for a little while. After reading a few posts, I felt like my Sunday morning shouldn’t be a lazy one. The sun is shining & the world is my oyster because I can actually run these days!! I got my gear on & off I plodded, only cheeky 5K on a rest day. I just want to thank all the inspirational people on here who perhaps don’t even realise just how inspiring they are to give people encouragement/enthusiasm to want to actually get out there 💪🏼🏃🏾‍♀️ #runningonarestday #whoknew🤷🏻‍♀️ #inspirationequalsmotivation ❤️

Thank you 😊 it really does!! Think it was just what I needed 🤩 haven’t stopped all day tbh managed to do over 22,000 steps today!! No wonder I’m shattered 😴
