Hi Runners!

Week 8 of LEJOG4!🇬🇧 🙌🏽 , my running mojo has been transformed. I’ve got that C25K, W5R3 feeling, when you realise...actually I think I can do it and well...pardon the pun...but...it’s “fabulous”!! 🤩

I still have a long way to go, but I recorded my highest number of steps after a 10k run yesterday! 10.58 miles in total for the day 😲...😆. I’m running and stepping my way up with 600+ miles to get to JOG now 🇬🇧.

🤔...💭... I suppose I could catch a flight ✈️...🤭, as I’m at Gloucester Airport (it’s just up the road from my home too 😆), but I’ve got my own runway and a free mode of transport 👟👟 and it’s much more fun too! 🇬🇧🏃🏽‍♀️😁

I hope you waved when you sped past me Fab! I’m on 221 miles 😅 Wow, what an amazing week you’ve had. 🎉🎉🎉💥

It’s so much fun isn’t it? It really gets you out and about, and my dog is loving the extra walks as well as coming on the majority of my runs. I try to make all the walks at least 5k now too. 🐾🐾🐾

Did you enjoy crossing the Severn Bridge? And how far do we have on the A48? At least it’s more scenic than the M5! 🥱

it's certainly addictive. We are aiming for 5 miles a day, walking and running. You should see us walking past the end of the road for an extra loop to hit the target. Not so long ago it was just 10000 steps a day!

Ah that’s so true RunaroundSue!! I’ve done a few laps around the house to get to a step goal once!! My kids knew why too!! 🙄...😳...So funny!! 😂❤️

Just back from Aldi, over 10000 steps but a bit short of the 5 miles. I must just go and check the greenhouse again, probably twice
