Positive Mental Attitude ✨, is a must ,as we achieve our goals, and want to go that bit better longer,faster ,the discipline has to kick in with PMA.
So I decided to make a formula to help me along in my running 🏃♂️, along with my headphones and vibes playing, I said OK let's see how I go, each letter of the alphabet name a animal, and it actually works, takes my mind of the run 🏃♂️, but I never get past J ,so it might help others with their runs, and I'm curious why I struggle at j , and I won't goggle the answer its a mini challenge, as a realistic person's runs can be boring.
