Dark Nights...

Not been on my regular running form after adding 2 Pilates classes per week to the mix. Not sure why, but my body seemed to be only able to cope with one run a week. Ordered 2 new flashing arm bands for darker nights as I like to run in the dark and wet. They came today and couldn’t wait to try them out.... seems my Pilates must have helped, hit 5 k under 40 minutes. Armbands on recharge.... ready for next outing very soon...

Sounds like you just needed a break. Onwards and upwards Pilates should be complementary to running enjoy

That’s brilliant well done!!! What gear do you have for wet dark runs as I’m struggling with both at present- live in country with no footpaths or street lighting.

Probably body just needed time to adjust to the extra load. Pilates goes really well with running, so here's wishing you many more happy runs. 😊
