I have been starting each week of the magic plan with the long run followed by either the 5k or the short run/intervals. Intervals/4K done today and used the Nike run club ‘next speed run’ which worked well. I like the format and the coach so will definitely use this again.
Trying to decide whether to enter the Vitality virtual 10K end October - doubts are 1) will the magic plan get much harder from here on in and will I cope (2) never entered an event before but than again a it’s virtual I guess no different to my C25K graduation ??

Oh do join it!! I signed up last week tho I must admit I was pretty tired after doing 8k this morning so I’m relying on major boost to my stamina if I follow the B210K plan... and if all goes well I’ll reach the end of the plan and do the 10k run before the Virtual event. If not... the event will actually be the Wk8 10k run!!
From Week 4 of the distance plan there's a 4k, a 5k and a longer run: 8k in weeks 4 & 5, 9k in weeks 6 & 7, then 10k in week 8. So I'd say it's eminently do-able, especially since you've already run for 60 minutes.
