Where did the time go?

Can’t believe how long since I’ve posted. Work has been full on but have managed to run regularly and getting better but still more plod than princess! Had an anniversary this month of a year since I ran Barnstable Parkrun whilst on holiday. Back this year, no Parkrun but did the route and passed some like minded souls. I’ve posted the photo not to brag but to say a massive thank you to all my c25k muckers who supported and encouraged me since I started 18 months ago. Running has changed my life, maybe even saved it in a way and I am so very grateful to you all. Happy running my lovelies 💕🏃🏻‍♀️💕

Hi! Yeah I get that too, either backward or in circles. Feels like a plateau and then move in again. But we’re still out there doing it and enjoying it which is the most important thing 😊
