Completed run 3 of week 3 this morning, longest run for me so far

The last 3 weeks have been really busy for me work wise and I have found it hard fitting in the runs as I have also been really tired but I am pleased to say that I have enjoyed all of the runs.

Does anyone have any advise on planning routes for the longer runs?

I used to walk a lot to plan routes up to 5K but as my runs got longer I stopped doing that! So I’ve been using my well established 8K loop and tagging bits onto it. I found that route by checking on Strava what other runners in the area have done. I already have a route planned for 10 miles by doing that, too - but I’m not quite there, yet 😀

Otherwise, you could have a look at plotaroute.com.
