I did my long 5.5km run today 🎉
I meant to start JuJu's plan in September, but was on holiday and didn't run at all. On return, I found it so hard to get back into things, did a short run then rested a whole week!
Then, more determined, I wrote out the plan on a post it and ticked off a run on Tues 5k, then Thurs 2.5k, then today! Now just to repeat that schedule 7 more times 😅
Really enjoyed today's run in spite of the wind and the cold. The music in my earbuds spurred me on, as did the prospect of an afternoon on the couch with tea after I'd finished!
Looking forward to week 2, hoping posting here will help me stick to it!
