Yesterday I reached a 150 miles on this amazing challenge, I completed my 2nd 10mile run in 2weeks yesterday. Twelve months ago I could only run for a couple of minutes! I decided to make myself a postcard to go on my map to keep me on track. My only concern at the moment is that I am running up the central reservation on the M5 which is to be fair better than a previous check in on the bonnet of a vehicle! Happy challenge to everyone

Brilliant Over62! You’ve come such a long way in a short time. 👏👏👏
Isn’t it a fun challenge? I’m just a few miles ahead of you on the M5 - I’ve gone 169 miles I think, and I’m approaching Sedgemoor Services, currently playing chicken with a massive truck! See you en route 😀
Yes it’s a great challenge and as you say fun too. Look forward to seeing you and inspiring me ahead. 😁👍
You snuck a big 10 miler in yesterday!!! Ooooh you absolute cracker. You really are 'doing bits' as I say. Gosh, this is absolutely terrific from you. Looking back to this time last year must give you great pride 😊👏👏👏👏
Ha ha thank you GTFC, I keep thinking all the week in week out running with JuJu’s plan through the winter and spring set the foundation for building up the stamina and belief that I can keep progressing and yes I am proud at what I have achieved too. 😃
I think if you were running or cycling up the central reservation of the M5, you would soon hear police sirens behind you, very dangerous to say the least, not a good idea to run along with huge 20 ton juggernaut trucks and lorries, congratulations on completing 150 miles of LEJOG, onwards and upwards 🏃🏾 👍
