Ouch!
Been laid up for over a week with a horrible lurgy.
Woke up this morning at silly o clock (5.30am) and realised I could breathe properly again. I found myself lacing my shoes up Even though not feeling on top of the world and taking myself out for a short 3k run.
Crikey, my thighs are feeling it now haha.
Think it’s going to take a few more weeks than I expected to get to 10k
