I was watching rooks on the telephone wire turn upside down to drink the rain water dripping down. They are intelligent birds. I did not feel like venturing out for my second run in this, the second week of JJ magic.
I confess, I waited and the rain stopped No further excuses so I went. As usual, it felt wonderful when I finished.
Wondered why 'Mapmyrun' had predicted an elevation gain of 50m but Strava said I had managed 77m.
Glad I went. The rooks had gone when I returned.

Ignore time completely. I slowed right down for building up distance and tackling hills, you can’t do everything at the same speed. Keep going, keep happy 🤗
You are so impressive out early in the rain and dark. An inspiration.
I actually wait for it to rain and then go! 😂😂😂😂😂
Well done though on getting another one done and dusted. Hills will help as will not worrying about time. Running by feel is great and I try to do this once in a while. Sometimes I'm daydreaming and look and its 12.40 to 13 minute miles 😁😁😁 you're doing so well. 1. Enjoyment 2. Achieving 3. Repeat
