Not a great photo - but gives an idea of the beautiful sunrise on my warm up walk this morning.

Just a 20 minute run at 7.20am and 14c already on the day before the Autumn equinox tomorrow. Another run along the old mining railway line.

With all the difficult news in the world, I’m holding on to some positives, feeling grateful to be able to run and celebrate the achievements.

That really is a great photo. An ideal time to run in an ideal place. I’d forgotten about the autumn equinox but can’t do much about it. Good luck !!
