Well done on your runs with LEJOG4, yes I agree, don't know why they have you running along a motorway, of course it's virtual, nevertheless they should have you running along a nice quite country road.

This LeJog lark is quite dangerous, running in all this traffic. I saw a post on the Facebook page where someone seems to be hitching a lift on the roof of a car.
